Overall, mastering one new phrasal verb daily can be understood as a targeted cognitive training regimen: repeated retrieval consolidates form-meaning associations, context strengthens semantic integration, and spaced exposure improves long-term retention. If practiced consistently with meaningful feedback and sentence generation, phrasal verbs become automatic components of fluent language production, reflecting efficient memory consolidation and reduced cognitive load.
