Upon arrival, they discovered a silver 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan with Delaware registration that had veered off the road and collided with a tree. Inside the vehicle was Richard Butcher, who was found unconscious in the driver’s seat due to a suspected drug overdose. Emergency Medical Services administered Narcan to revive Butcher, who was then taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
