Tragic discovery of missing elderly man in Kangar
In a heartbreaking turn of events, an elderly man who had been missing for several days was tragically found dead in a thicket near Sungai Kampung Titi Tok Bandar in Kangar. The man, identified as Che Man Che Pi, 68, was discovered lifeless by a passerby early this morning.

Perlis police chief Datuk Muhammad Abdul Halim revealed that Che Man Che Pi’s son had reported his father missing from their home in Kampung Medan Utan Aji. Despite extensive search efforts by family, friends, and authorities, the elderly man could not be located until the grim discovery was made.
Health concerns and forensic examination
It was reported that Che Man Che Pi had a history of high blood pressure and was undergoing psychiatric treatment at Tuanku Fauziah Hospital in Kangar. Following the forensic examination of the deceased’s body, no foul play was detected, leading authorities to classify the case as a sudden death.

The body of the deceased has been taken to the Forensic Unit of Tuanku Fauziah Hospital for additional investigation.
