Two young lives were tragically cut short on Saturday after a devastating incident at Jannat Society in Raees Goth, located within the jurisdiction of Mochko Police Station. The serene surroundings of this neighbourhood turned into a scene of heartbreak as two boys, aged 12 and 13, lost their lives in a pond.
The local authorities, along with rescue workers, sprang into action to retrieve the bodies of the two boys, identified as Abdul Shakoor and Maqsood Yousuf, residents of Lyari. The boys had been attending a joyous wedding celebration in the area when they decided to take a leisurely stroll to Jannat Society.
What was meant to be an afternoon of fun and relaxation turned into a tragedy as the boys ventured into the pond for a swim, only to meet a heartbreaking fate. Their families and the community are left devastated by the untimely loss of these two promising young souls.
