Man Arrested After 9 Years on the Run for 2014 Murder
A 25-year-old man has been apprehended after evading authorities for nearly a decade following a heinous crime that shook the community. Phoenix police have arrested Iram Quintana, who was wanted for the murder of 19-year-old Pedro Antunez-Andrade back in 2014.
