A devastating incident occurred on Interstate 75 in Butler Township on Sunday night, resulting in the tragic death of a 19-year-old individual. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that the fatal crash took place at 8:50 p.m. on I-75.

Details of the Accident

According to preliminary investigations by the authorities, the accident involved two vehicles, a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Kathleen Thompson, 73, of Dayton, and a 2014 Cadillac Escalade driven by Morgan Felger, 31, of Waynesville. Both vehicles were traveling south on I-75 at the time of the incident.

The victim, identified as David Satkowski, a 19-year-old from Lapeer, Michigan, was attempting to cross I-75 from the east to head west. Tragically, Satkowski was struck by both the Chevrolet and the Cadillac in the middle lanes of southbound I-75, resulting in fatal injuries. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crash.

Fortunately, neither Thompson nor Felger sustained any injuries as a result of the collision.
