Tragic Murder-Suicide in Helendale, San Bernardino County

The victims, identified as Aaron Fulkerson, 44, and his wife Ondrea Fulkerson, 47, were discovered by deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s station following a medical aid call on Saturday evening.

Deputies responded to a home in the 26900 block of Lakeview Drive after receiving a report that a man and woman were possibly deceased inside the residence. Upon arrival, the deputies found the couple with apparent gunshot wounds and tragically pronounced them dead at the scene.
An initial investigation by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department revealed that Aaron Fulkerson had shot his wife Ondrea before turning the gun on himself in a tragic turn of events. The official cause and manner of death for the couple are pending autopsy results.
