Tragic Road Accidents Claim Lives in Karachi
In a series of unfortunate events, two people lost their lives in separate road traffic accidents, while the bodies of two other individuals were discovered in different locations in Karachi on Saturday.
Woman Killed Near Lucky Cement Factory
A tragic incident unfolded near the Super Highway, Lucky Cement Factory, where a speeding vehicle struck a woman, resulting in her untimely death. The victim, identified as 52-year-old Nasiba, wife of Yusuf, was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Man Loses Life on Karimabad Flyover
Another heart-wrenching incident occurred on the Karimabad flyover, where a man lost his life in a road accident. The victim, identified as 32-year-old Ameer Muhammad, son of Wali Khan, was immediately taken to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) but succumbed to his injuries.
Body Found in Napier Area
In a somber discovery, the body of a man was found in the Napier area. Upon receiving reports of the body, police and rescue teams swiftly transferred the deceased, identified as 55-year-old Akram, son of Bakri Dad, to CHK. Authorities revealed that the cause of death was attributed to a sudden heart attack.
Unidentified Body Submerged in Drain at Ghani Chowrangi
A mysterious turn of events unfolded in the Ghani Chowrangi area within the SITE B Section police station’s jurisdiction, where a body was found submerged in a drain. Rescue personnel retrieved the body, estimated to be around 48 years old, and transferred it to CHK for further investigation. Efforts are underway to identify the deceased through fingerprints, as doctors have preserved the postmortem report.
