Law Enforcement Agencies Launch Manhunt
Following the shooting, multiple law enforcement agencies launched a massive manhunt for the suspect responsible for Officer Hare’s death. The suspect was last seen on foot wearing a brown hoodie and jacket on the I-40 Frontage Road between Montoya and Newkirk, about 30 miles west of Tucumcari.
