Recently, a man in Killeen, United Kingdom was indicted on two felony charges after a disturbing incident involving biker gang members. The accused individual, Nicholas Szpilman, allegedly fired a revolver at a rival gang member while both were travelling on a roadway in Killeen last year.

Police Response and Arrest

The Killeen police were alerted to the situation on March 20, 2023, when they received reports of a shooting in the area of Fort Hood Street and Chaparral Road. Witnesses described a motorcyclist wearing a black jacket with a large red patch labeled ‘Chosen Few’ shooting at another motorcyclist with a jacket labeled ‘Bandido’. The altercation took place while the motorcyclists were cutting through traffic.

One of the responding officers spotted a motorcycle matching the description and attempted to stop the motorcyclist. The individual, later identified as Szpilman, evaded the officer but was eventually apprehended. It was later revealed that Szpilman fled to his residence and discarded the firearm used in the incident in a nearby area.

Indictments and Charges

Following the incident, Nicholas Szpilman was indicted on a third-degree felony charge of deadly conduct with a firearm and a state jail felony charge of possession of a controlled substance less than one gram. Additionally, several other individuals from the Killeen area were also indicted on various charges, ranging from possession of controlled substances to assault and theft.
