The suspect, Miguel Montoya, is described as a 30-year-old male with brown hair, brown eyes, standing at 5′ 6″ tall, and weighing approximately 130 pounds. He was last seen sporting a black Dragon ball Z cap, a leather jacket, and a blue shirt.
Vehicle Description
Authorities believe that the abductor and the child are traveling in a 2020 gray Dodge Journey with a Texas license plate that reads TKR0213.
