A Tragic Hit-and-Run Incident on Creston Road Leaves One Dead and Two Injured
San Luis Obispo, CA (March 11, 2024) – A devastating hit-and-run incident on Creston Road resulted in the death of one passenger and severe injuries to two others as the driver of the vehicle fled the scene. The California Highway Patrol reported that the incident took place west of Neil Springs Road. The driver, who remains unidentified, was traveling eastbound at a high speed when the vehicle veered off the road, causing it to overturn multiple times.
During the rollover, three passengers were ejected from the vehicle. Unfortunately, one passenger, a 43-year-old individual from Santa Maria, lost their life as a result. The other two passengers, identified as Aliandro Torres Gomez, 47, and Carlos S. Torres Diaz, 41, both from Paso Robles, sustained significant injuries and were rushed to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center by ambulance.
