The Tragic Incident
In a heartbreaking turn of events, a 29-year-old man named Gaurav Singhal met with a tragic end just a day before his much-awaited wedding. The unfortunate incident took place in Raju Park, Devli Extension in Tigri area, South Delhi.
The Victim
Gaurav was a well-known figure in the community, running a successful fitness gym in South Delhi. His sudden and untimely demise has left his family and friends in shock and disbelief.
The Suspect
The accused in this heinous crime is none other than Gaurav’s own father, who had been estranged from his son for some time. After carrying out the brutal attack, the father fled the scene and was later apprehended in Jaipur.
The Investigation
Upon receiving a distress call on the night of March 6-7, the police rushed to the scene to find Gaurav with multiple stab wounds. Despite being rushed to Max Hospital, he was tragically declared dead upon arrival.
Authorities have detained Gaurav’s younger brother and a relative for questioning as they delve deeper into the motive behind this senseless act of violence. The police are leaving no stone unturned in their quest for justice.
The Family
According to Gaurav’s uncle, Prakash Singh, the family was preparing for the joyous occasion of Gaurav’s wedding in Kakrola, south-west Delhi. The victim had recently gotten engaged and was eagerly looking forward to starting a new chapter in his life.
Described as a close-knit and loving family, the Singhal’s are now left grappling with the devastating loss of their beloved son and brother. The community has rallied around them in support during this difficult time.
