It all started when Anchal police received a distressing call reporting Sajil’s disappearance. The investigation led authorities to Mukkadavu, a picturesque spot along the river where the last signal from Sajil’s mobile phone was detected. As the search intensified, his belongings – a bag, dress, and footwear – were discovered on a rock near the riverbank, raising concerns about his whereabouts.
A Community United in Grief
With the help of the fire force and local residents, a joint effort was made to locate Sajil. Hours passed by as the night grew darker, and just when hope seemed to fade, the heartbreaking discovery was made around 2.30 am at Mukkadavu. The lifeless body of the promising young student brought tears to everyone present, as the reality of the tragedy sunk in.

As the news of Sajil’s untimely death spread, his family was left shattered by the loss of their beloved son. Survived by his parents, J Tajudheen Kutti and Sabeena Beevi, and siblings Sanjay Taj in Dubai and Salas Taj in Bengaluru, the Taj family was left to grieve the void left by Sajil’s sudden departure.
