Chino Elementary School Teacher Arrested for Alleged Child Abuse

A Chino elementary school teacher, identified as Ray Crummitt, has been arrested on suspicion of child abuse after allegedly assaulting a student inside a classroom at EJ Marshall Elementary School earlier this week.
