Accident – Death – Obituary News :

A 21-year-old man from San Luis Obispo, Jace Haro, was involved in a tragic accident on Highway 101 that resulted in a fatality and injuries.

The incident occurred on a Saturday night, just north of Prado Road, when Haro, driving a 2013 Dodge Challenger, veered off the roadway and collided with a light pole before crashing into a nearby homeless encampment.

Tragically, a 45-year-old man lost his life at the scene of the accident, while another individual, identified as Christopher Brasket, sustained injuries to his arm.

Haro himself suffered a moderate injury to his hand and was subsequently arrested for suspected DUI before being booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail.

The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Seeking Legal Recourse

If you have lost a loved one in a car accident, the emotional and financial toll can be overwhelming. The team at Pacific Attorney Group understands the pain and frustration that comes with such a loss and is here to help you seek justice.

When pursuing a wrongful death claim, it must be established that the responsible party owed a duty of care to the deceased, breached that duty through negligence or wrongful actions, and that this breach directly led to the death.

Wrongful death cases are unique in that they allow surviving family members to seek compensation for damages that the deceased would have been entitled to if they had survived.

If you believe that your loved one’s death was a result of someone else’s negligence, it is crucial to consult with a wrongful death attorney to understand your legal options.

At Pacific Attorney Group, we offer free consultations to discuss your case and work on a contingency fee basis, meaning you only pay if we win your case. Contact us today at 866-803-6502 to schedule your free consultation.
