Two Suspects Charged with Second-Degree Murder in Henrico County

In a recent development in Henrico County, two suspects have been charged with second-degree murder in connection to a shooting death that occurred along Lakeside Avenue in February. The suspects, 18-year-old Jaiden Akiva-Nadir and 21-year-old Diamond Chrishell Henley, were taken into custody by the Henrico County Division of Police on Monday, March 4.

Continued Search for Third Suspect

Despite the arrest of two suspects, police are still on the lookout for a third individual involved in the incident. 22-year-old Travis Lamar Paige, Jr. is wanted on warrants of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Described as a Black man with brown eyes and black hair, Paige is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall.

Details of the Incident

The shooting took place in the early hours of Monday, February 26, behind an apartment building on the 1600 block of Lakeside Avenue. The victim, identified as 18-year-old Aidan Cameron from Henrico County, was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
