Accident – Death – Obituary News : Tragedy struck in Rentachintala of Palnadu district as a 43-year-old woman, Danavath Samini, lost her life after being hit by a water tanker not once, but twice. The incident occurred on Friday, leaving the family of the deceased in shock and alleging foul play by the driver, V Manikanta Nayak, citing personal enmity as the motive behind the tragic incident.

Pallapu Raju, DSP of Gurazala, visited the spot along with Rentachintala police personnel upon receiving the information. He clarified that the incident was indeed an accident and not a deliberate act of harm. According to Raju, the water tanker had finished distributing water to the villagers and was leaving the village when the driver, Manikanta, noticed a speed breaker ahead. In an attempt to avoid it, he drove the vehicle forward, accidentally hitting Samini, who was standing next to a wall after switching on a bore well. The driver then took a reverse turn, during which the vehicle hit the woman again.

The tragic incident has left the community in shock, with many expressing their condolences to the family of the deceased. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact circumstances that led to the accident.
