Tragic Shooting Incident in Kansas City Apartment Parking Lot

A young man from Kansas City has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder following a fatal shooting that took place in an apartment parking lot on Monday night. Tyler Thompson, 23, is also facing charges of armed criminal action in connection with the incident, according to court documents.
