The Atlanta High School Shooting Incident
A young suspect has surrendered himself to the Atlanta Police Department after a shooting incident at an Atlanta high school parking lot that resulted in four students being injured on Valentine’s Day. The 14-year-old student, whose identity has not been disclosed due to being a minor, is facing charges of four counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a minor, and possession of a firearm on school grounds. The incident took place when officers from Atlanta Public Schools were already on the scene responding to a fight when shots were fired.
