The incident took place in the 8500 block of West Belleview Avenue in Denver on Sunday afternoon.

According to the police report, the manager of a commercial construction site encountered a man and a woman who were allegedly attempting to burglarize the property. An altercation ensued between the site manager and the two individuals, leading to the manager shooting both of them.

**Victims’ Identities**

The victims have been identified as Patience McFall, 37, and Timothy Walker Jr., 40. Walker Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds, while McFall was rushed to the hospital but later succumbed to a single gunshot wound, as confirmed by the coroner’s report.
