A convicted felon was apprehended on February 25, 2024, in the bustling city of Houston, Texas. The arrest was made by deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office in response to a disturbing incident that took place in the 7600 block of Foxwaithe Lane.

Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement officials detained the suspect, who was later identified as Milo Harris.
