A convicted felon was apprehended on February 25, 2024, in the bustling city of Houston, Texas. The arrest was made by deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office in response to a disturbing incident that took place in the 7600 block of Foxwaithe Lane.
Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement officials detained the suspect, who was later identified as Milo Harris. An investigation revealed that Harris had allegedly pointed a pistol at the complainant and discharged it, resulting in the bullets landing dangerously close to the complainant’s feet.
Arrest and Charges
Following the incident, Milo Harris was promptly arrested and taken into custody. He now faces charges of Aggravated Assault and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Constable Mark Herman confirmed that Harris has been booked into the Harris County Jail, with a bond set at $75,000.00 for the Aggravated Assault charge. Additionally, he is awaiting bond proceedings at the 338th District Court for the Felon in Possession of a Firearm charge.
