Anderson police are currently investigating a tragic incident that took place on Friday afternoon in the 1200 block of Madison Avenue. The incident has left a community in shock as authorities work to uncover the details surrounding the homicide.
Victims Found Inside Vehicle
Upon receiving the call, officers from the Anderson Police Department rushed to the scene where they discovered two victims inside a vehicle. The victims were later identified as a 21-year-old male and an 18-year-old female, both suffering from gunshot injuries.
Condition of Victims
The male victim was in serious condition and was immediately transported to an Indianapolis hospital for further treatment. On the other hand, the female victim sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local Anderson hospital for medical attention.
