Gilberto Gordillo was apprehended and is now facing preliminary charges of capital murder and four counts of attempted capital murder in connection with the shooting. He is currently held in the Washington County jail on a bond of $750,000, with his arraignment scheduled for March 15 in Washington County Circuit Court.
