Late last night, a disturbing incident unfolded in Caldwell, Idaho, as authorities were called to respond to a shooting near the intersection of Indiana and Ustick. The incident, believed to have originated from a road rage altercation, left a female victim injured and the suspect at large.
Suspect Identified as Anthony Erasmo Madrid
The suspect behind the shooting has been identified as Anthony Erasmo Madrid, a known gang member from Nampa. Madrid allegedly opened fire on a car carrying two adults and a young child, resulting in the female passenger sustaining a gunshot wound to the torso. Fortunately, her injuries are deemed non-life-threatening, and she is expected to recover.
Search Underway for Madrid
In the wake of the incident, law enforcement agencies have launched an active search for Madrid.
