A memorial service will be held in honor of Jakub Skiba at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lemont, Illinois on Saturday, May 15th at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Jakub’s memory.
