**Arrests Made in Connection with Brawl Involving Actor Ian Ziering**

**The Incident**
Two individuals have been apprehended in relation to a brawl that took place on Hollywood Boulevard involving actor Ian Ziering, well-known for his role in “Beverly Hills 90210,” on New Year’s Eve last year, authorities revealed on Tuesday. The altercation erupted near Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue at approximately 3 p.m. following a dispute between Ziering and a member of a minibike gang regarding potential damage to the actor’s vehicle.

**Caught on Camera**
Much of the chaotic encounter was captured on cellphone cameras, with TMZ being the first to release footage of the scuffle involving the “Sharknado” star. The video depicts Ziering confronting and pushing a member of the minibike gang who was obstructing his vehicle. Subsequently, three or four other bikers joined in the altercation, with one of them throwing a punch that seemed to connect with the actor’s face.

**Escalation**
“One of the minibike riders was seen brandishing an object towards the victim, narrowly missing him,” stated the Los Angeles police in a press release. “Following the attack, the minibike riders proceeded to damage the motorist’s vehicle while his 10-year-old child was seated in the front.”

**No Injuries**
In an additional video, Ziering can be observed comforting his daughter on the street as the group eventually dispersed and vacated the area. Fortunately, neither Ziering nor his daughter sustained any injuries during the incident, as confirmed by the police.

**Actor’s Response**
On January 1, the now 60-year-old actor took to social media to address the ordeal. “While I was stuck in traffic, my car was aggressively hit by one of these drivers, resulting in a disturbing confrontation,” Ziering shared on Instagram. He labelled the incident as “hooliganism” and advocated for “effective law enforcement” to combat what he perceives as a broader issue.

**Identification and Arrest**
Throughout their investigation, detectives from the LAPD’s Hollywood Division utilised the video footage and information provided by witnesses to ascertain the identities of two suspects, now identified as 20-year-old Rosemead resident Jacob Esteban Hernandez and 40-year-old LA Resident Angie Teresa Guizar. Both individuals were apprehended around 6 a.m. on May 21 after LAPD Metro Division officers executed arrest warrants at two separate residences.

**Charges and Bail**
Hernandez has been charged with felony vandalism, with bail set at $50,000. Guizar, on the other hand, faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon, with bail set at $30,000.
