In a disturbing turn of events, a 71-year-old landlord identified as Adesina has been arrested by police operatives from Ajuwon Divisional Headquarters for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old daughter in Akegbeyale Street, Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State.

Police Spokesman, Omolola Odutola, confirmed the incident, stating that the case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation.

The shocking incident unfolded when the minor went to the bathroom to take a shower, only to be followed by the landlord who allegedly had sexual intercourse with her. Residents in the vicinity caught him in the act, leading to his immediate arrest.
