A shocking incident unfolded in Hesperia, California, on April 15, 2024, when a 25-year-old man, Justin Cameron Wilkinson, was found dead after a trailer fire. **Discovery of the Crime Scene**
The Hesperia Sheriff’s Station received reports of a trailer fire in the 7800 block of C Street. Witnesses described hearing a loud explosion followed by a blaze of orange and yellow flames. The San Bernardino County Fire Department quickly arrived at the scene to extinguish the fire. Tragically, inside the trailer, they found the lifeless body of Justin Cameron Wilkinson.

During the course of their investigation, detectives identified Angel Cardenas, a 23-year-old resident of Victorville, as the suspect in Wilkinson’s murder. Cardenas was swiftly arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center, where he remains without bail. A court appearance for Cardenas is scheduled for Thursday in a Victorville courtroom.
