A 26-year-old man, identified as Jesus Rosas from Phelan, was apprehended by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department after allegedly brandishing a knife and attempting to harm individuals inside a residence in Phelan.

On March 31, deputies rushed to a home on the 12400 block of Golden View Street in response to a distress call. Victims at the scene reported that Rosas had a knife and was trying to harm multiple people inside the house.
