He was released on his own recognizance due to the misdemeanor charge.
The incident involving Robinson occurred in the early morning hours of February 6 when he allegedly hit a woman with his vehicle. police arrived at the scene to find the woman pinned between two cars. Robinson, who smelled of alcohol and appeared intoxicated, claimed to have had only two drinks hours before the collision.
