The Manchester police have described the suspect as a white male with a white beard, approximately 50 years old, and were last seen wearing khaki-colored clothing.
Upon receiving the report of the stabbing, the police responded promptly, but both the victim and the suspect had already left the scene. The victim was transported to Manchester Memorial Hospital by a private vehicle for medical treatment.
