We are deeply saddened to report the tragic on-duty death of Constable Frederick (Rick) O’Brien in Coquitlam, British Columbia. The news of his passing has sent shockwaves through the law enforcement community and left a void in the hearts of his fellow officers.
Constable O’Brien, a dedicated member of the Coquitlam Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), served with unwavering commitment and integrity.
