It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Rudy. It has been a little over 8 months since Rudy left us, and we never imagined we would be ready to welcome another furry friend into our lives so soon. But sometimes, life has other plans for us. And that’s where Lou(ie) comes in.
We weren’t actively seeking to adopt another pet, but when we saw Lou(ie) at the rescue centre, our hearts simply melted. He had that same spark in his eyes that reminded us of Rudy, and we knew he was meant to be a part of our family. Keeping with the theme of ND names, Lou(ie) quickly found his place in our home and our hearts.

Hey Twitter peeps! It’s been a little over 8 months since our beloved Rudy passed away. We weren’t sure if we were ready to bring another furry friend into our lives anytime soon, if ever. But sometimes, life has a way of surprising us. Meet Lou(ie), our newest addition to the family. We decided to keep the theme of ND names going strong, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. We rescued Louie just yesterday, and already our hearts have melted.

Why did we decide to get another dog after Rudy?
Losing Rudy was incredibly tough for us. He was more than just a pet; he was a member of our family. The house felt empty without his playful barks and wagging tail. We missed having a furry friend to cuddle up with on the couch and take on long walks in the park. After months of grieving, we realized that our home just didn’t feel complete without a four-legged companion by our side.
How did we come across Lou(ie)?
