Kylee was born on March 10, 2002, in Denver, Colorado, to loving parents Mark and Sarah Harrigan. She was the youngest of three siblings and was adored by her older brothers, Ryan and Tyler. Kylee was a recent graduate of East High School, where she excelled academically and was actively involved in various extracurricular activities.
