Arrest Made in Grass Valley Vehicle Shooting Incident

The incident took place on the evening of Aug. 27 in the vicinity of the 10000 block of Sundown Place in Grass Valley. The first 911 call reported a vehicle being shot at and followed by two male suspects with firearms in a red four-door hatchback. After an extensive investigation by the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO), Lanskey-Stevens and Harris were identified as the suspects. They were apprehended by an NCSO detective in the suspect vehicle on Aug. 28 with the help of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and Placer County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO).

Both Lanskey-Stevens and Harris were questioned before being booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on the charges mentioned earlier. Lanskey-Stevens is being held on a $350,000 bail bond, while Harris has a $200,000 bail bond. The case is still under active investigation.
