James Crowley was born on April 15, 1962, in Chicago, Illinois, to parents John and Mary Crowley. He grew up in a close-knit family, surrounded by love and support, which shaped him into the courageous and selfless man he became. From a young age, James had a deep sense of justice and a strong desire to protect and serve his community.
