Butte County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Four in Connection to Boat Theft

In a recent development, the Butte County Sheriff’s Office has made arrests in connection to the theft of a boat outside of Chico in July. Procarione was taken into custody on August 15, while Wright was arrested on August 16 after a search warrant was executed at his residence. In addition, 35-year-old Michelle Mills of Chico was also arrested during the search.

The stolen boat was located by deputies with the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office in an orchard in the Vina area. However, the engines and other parts had been removed. Throughout the investigation, detectives recovered parts from the stolen boat, methamphetamine, and a shotgun from the suspects’ residences.
