81-Year-Old Rochester Man Arrested in Connection with Hit-and-Run Death
An 81-year-old man from Rochester, Paul Clement, turned himself in after being sought by authorities in connection with a hit-and-run incident that tragically resulted in the death of 57-year-old John Pogorek from Strafford.
