Cedar Rapids Man Accepts Plea Deal in Shooting Death Case
A Cedar Rapids man, Paris Diamond, has accepted a plea deal in connection to the shooting death of 22-year-old Mohamed Tawfik. Diamond was located and arrested by the United States Marshal’s Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force on February 3rd following an investigation.
