The individuals responsible for supervising Taliyan at the time of the shooting, Charlene Webster, 59, Nancy Severe, 43, and Titato Clarke, 40, have been taken into custody following the tragic incident. Taliyan’s father, Titato Clarke, reported to police that he heard a loud pop coming from the children’s room and discovered his daughter with a gunshot wound.
