The second woman, known as K, met Neil Gaiman at a book signing in Sarasota, Florida, in 2003 when she was 18 years old. K alleges that despite her request for him not to do so due to a painful infection, Gaiman engaged in non-consensual sexual activity with her, as per Tortoise Media.
