In a recent incident, Lyon County sheriff’s officials identified two individuals who were arrested following a multi-county pursuit that ended in Franklin County. The driver, Frederick Beecher Hogue, 37, of Hollister, Mo., was apprehended along with his passenger, Sara Kay Rogers, 36, of Granby, Mo.

Frederick Beecher Hogue was booked into the Lyon County Jail on charges of fleeing and attempting to elude, felony possession of stolen property, felony interference with law enforcement, numerous traffic infractions, and an out-of-state warrant through Jasper County, Missouri.
