Arrests by Marshall police

On Thursday, Marshall police made several arrests in the local area. Runell Jeremiah King, a 33-year-old resident of Longview, was taken into custody and charged with assault causing bodily injury and disorderly conduct. Gracey Breann Wheeler, a 22-year-old from Marshall, was also arrested on charges of aggravated assault of a date/family/household member and possession of a dangerous drug. Additionally, Brandon Okeith Williams, age 33, was arrested for disorderly conduct, and Chantiana Eli Robertson-Hill, 26, was charged with driving without a license upon demand. Finally, Daviesha Lanea Lewis, a 38-year-old Marshall resident, faced charges of cruelty to non-livestock animals and four counts of animals being at large.

Incidents reported by Marshall police

Among the incidents reported by Marshall police on Thursday were cases of disorderly conduct on the 200 block of South Alamo Boulevard and theft under $100 on the 1700 block of North East End Boulevard.

Arrests reported by HCSO

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office also made several arrests on Thursday. Kaliph Dashawn Alford, a 29-year-old from Fort Worth, was arrested on a warrant from Midland County. Shamika Shontea Bell, 41, of Houston, was charged with bond forfeiture for criminal trespass. Alan Wayne Ashley, a 51-year-old Waskom resident, faced charges of assault causing bodily injury in a family violence situation. Brendan Slade Hanshew, 22, from Gilmer, was arrested on a Gregg County warrant. Reginald MacArthur Stern, 49, from Daingerfield, was held on a U.S. Marshal’s Service hold. Quentin Edward Beall, a 46-year-old Kilgore resident, was arrested on a warrant from Panola County.

Incidents reported by the HCSO

Several incidents were reported by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday. These included cases of theft, identity theft, disputes, and traffic violations. One incident involved the theft of a trailer from a business location, which was later voluntarily returned by the employee who had taken it. Another case involved identity theft, where a cousin had been using the caller’s name and date of birth in interactions with law enforcement. The caller chose not to press charges at that time.

In another incident, a suspicious vehicle was reported on Joe Walker Road, where a stolen trailer was recovered and returned to its owner. Additionally, a hazard situation was reported at the intersection of Smelley and Sandy, where a vehicle posed a road hazard and contained drug-related items. A traffic stop led to the arrest of a driver for possession of marijuana.
