A 20-year-old man from New York City, Audys A. Soto Sandoval, has been extradited to Pennsylvania to face retail theft charges in Berks and Chester counties. Sandoval was part of a group of four males who entered the Ulta Beauty store in the Broadcasting Square shopping center on March 19 around 10 a.m.
