Suspect Charged

Van Viet Duong, a 41-year-old resident of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder in connection with the shooting. Police believe that the accused was acquainted with the victims, suggesting that the incident was targeted and isolated. Moskaluk mentioned that investigators would delve into any past incidents at the home or in the neighbourhood to establish a motive for the tragic event.
