During our 2021 Indiegogo Campaign for Season 2 of Death by Dying, we wanted to show our appreciation for our most generous donors in a unique and memorable way. As a special thank you, we offered them the opportunity to have their own personalized obituaries created, fully produced as though they were characters in Crestfall, the fictional town where our podcast is set.

We were overwhelmed by the response from our supporters, who not only contributed to the success of our campaign but also showed their love for the world we have created in Death by Dying. Sadly, we recently received news that one of our donors, who had received a personalized obituary as part of our campaign, has reportedly passed away. While this is still a developing story and cannot serve as an official obituary or death notice, we wanted to take a moment to remember and honor this individual who was a part of our Death by Dying family.
The news of their passing has deeply saddened us, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to their loved ones during this difficult time. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to connect with this individual through our podcast and to have been able to create a lasting tribute to them in the form of their personalized obituary.
