“Three Arrested on Drug Charges in Perrysburg | Allegany County Police Reports 6/20/24”

In a recent turn of events in Perrysburg, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office made a significant drug-related bust, resulting in the arrest of three individuals. Naomi T. Lindgren, a 45-year-old resident of Perrysburg, and Amir D. Banks, a 23-year-old from Buffalo, were both charged with multiple drug-related offenses, including possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. Additionally, Elyse A. Logan, a 36-year-old Perrysburg resident, was also arrested on drug possession charges following the execution of a search warrant at a residence on Gun Parker Drive.

The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, along with the assistance of the Olean Police Department Street Crimes Unit and the Cattaraugus County Special Response Team, conducted the search warrant and discovered crack cocaine, fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia at the residence. Lindgren and Banks were remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail, while Logan was released with an appearance ticket for further court proceedings.

In a separate incident in Olean, Carlos J. Ruiz, a 27-year-old, was charged with various offenses including criminal mischief, assault, and acting in a manner injurious to a child following a reported fight. Audra L. Divittorio, a 33-year-old, was also arrested on drug possession charges after being found with cocaine during the execution of a search warrant.

In Salamanca, Vidal Rosario, a 29-year-old from Buffalo, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, while Patrick A. Hathaway, a 25-year-old from Salamanca, was arrested on an active bench warrant.

Further incidents were reported in Wellsville, Cuba, and Alfred, involving individuals being charged with various criminal offenses ranging from criminal sale of cannabis to endangering the welfare of a child. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office also reported multiple arrests for driving while intoxicated and other related offenses in East Otto, Buffalo, Allegany, and Little Valley.

New York State Police responded to several accidents and criminal incidents in Carrollton, Scio, Canaseraga, Allegany, Machias, Andover, Friendship, Olean, and Yorkshire, resulting in charges such as auto stripping, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal contempt, and promoting obscene sexual performance by a child.

These recent incidents highlight the ongoing efforts of law enforcement agencies in Cattaraugus County to combat drug-related crimes, traffic violations, and other criminal activities.
