Ariana was born on August 12, 1990, in New York City to loving parents, John and Maria Rye. From a young age, Ariana displayed a passion for life and a kind heart that touched everyone she met. She was a natural caregiver and always put the needs of others before her own.

Ariana graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Psychology and went on to pursue a career in counseling. In her free time, Ariana enjoyed spending time outdoors, hiking in the mountains, and soaking up the beauty of nature. She had a deep appreciation for the world around her and found solace in the simplicity of a quiet moment in the great outdoors.

Ariana was a devoted friend and cherished member of our community. She had a contagious laugh and a smile that could light up a room. Her positive energy was infectious, and she brought joy to all who were lucky enough to know her.

Unfortunately, Ariana’s life was cut tragically short, and her passing has left a void in our hearts that can never be filled. While the details surrounding her death are still unclear, we take comfort in knowing that she is at peace and watching over us from above.

A memorial service will be held in honor of Ariana at St. Mary’s Church on Saturday, June 15th, at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness in Ariana’s name, as mental health awareness was a cause near and dear to her heart.

Ariana’s passing has left a hole in our lives that can never be filled, but we take comfort in knowing that she is at peace and watching over us with love.
