Life Sentence for North Adams Man Found Guilty of 2019 Murder in Pittsfield
A North Adams man, Tyler Sumner, has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole after being found guilty of first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of 37-year-old Stephanie Olivieri in Pittsfield in 2019. Sumner, 30, was also convicted of possession of ammunition without a firearms identification card and was sentenced to two years in the House of Corrections to be served concurrently with his murder sentence.
